Banana & Cinnamon

1 cup of any milk you like

1 banana

1 scoop of Platinum Body For Her vanilla protein powder

Handful of walnuts

Teaspoon of cinnamon

Very Berry

1 cup of any milk you like

1/2 cup strawberries

1/2 cup raspberries

1 scoop of Platinum Body For Her vanilla protein powder

Green Goddess

1 cup of any milk you like

1 tablespoon of a greens powder

1 scoop of Platinum Body For Her vanilla protein powder

1 tablespoon almond butter

Coffee Addict (my absolute fav)

1 cup of any milk you like

Coffee in any form

Banana

Tablespoon peanut butter

1 scoop of Platinum Body For Her Vanilla protein powder

Vanilla Almond

1 cup of any milk you like

1 scoop of Platinum Body For Her vanilla protein powder

1 tablespoon of almond butter

Chocolate Peanut Butter

1 cup of any milk you like

1 scoop of Platinum Body For Her vanilla protein powder

1 tablespoon of cacao powder

1 tablespoon of peanut butter

Find your fav and stick to it, play around with it until you get it perfected then make it your go-to smoothie. You can have it for breakfast every morning or during the day when there’s no spare time to cook a meal. I have the Coffee Addict smoothie post-workout every day.

Healthy Smoothie guidelines:

1 part protein = protein powder or collagen powder

1 part carbs = any fruit

1 part good fats = avocado, nut butter
