What kind of training do you offer?
At Platinum Body we offer 30-minute group training sessions for women. We offer a safe place where the typical barriers have been removed to make you feel comfortable. Our group fitness sessions will have no men, no mirrors and no equipment.

What is Platinum Fullbody?
Our Platinum Fullbody sessions are a really smart way to train where you will see results fast. This 30-minute session is a full-body workout using only bodyweight moves. We work for short bursts of time, then rest and repeat. By working harder for a shorter time you are getting your heart rate up and keeping it up while increasing your body’s need for oxygen. This creates an oxygen debt causing your body to ask for more oxygen during your recovery. It’s this after-burn period that can last for up to 24 hours where you get amazing benefits. You will continue to burn calories for 24 hrs after my class, now that’s value for money!
What is Platinum Booty?
Our Platinum Booty sessions focus only on the lower body, we use booty bands to target the thighs and butt by adding resistance. This 30-minute session is a booty workout that helps tone and strengthens your glutes, hamstrings and quads. We work for short bursts of time, then rest and repeat. This session is great to target the lower body or if you are carrying an upper-body injury.
What is Platinum Core?
Our Platinum Core sessions are focused only on the core, we use only bodyweight moves to target deep within your core muscles. This 30-minute session is a core workout that helps tone and rebuild your core strength. We work for short bursts of time, then rest and repeat. This session is great to target the core or if you are carrying an upper-body or lower-body injury.
What is 60+Squad?
Our 60+ Squad sessions are for women 60 and over. We use a combination of light weights and bodyweight moves to offer you gentle fitness for gentle joints. This 30-minute session is a full-body workout that helps tone and strengthen your body.
What results will I see?
You will see results within two weeks, if you can come three times a week your results will come even faster. My intense exercise will help burn more fat and calories than regular aerobic and steady-state workouts. You will feel your clothes getting looser and your arms, legs and belly becoming firmer.
How much is it? and what do I bring?
You are welcome to pay the casual session rate of $18 a class with every 5th session FREE. Or you can fully commit and sign up for membership options which come in the form of weekly direct debits. We have our Gold Membership $30 a week for any 2 sessions a week. Or we have Platinum Membership for $35 a week for access to unlimited sessions & access to our online workouts that can be done anywhere anytime.
What do I bring?
All you need is a mat and a water bottle to get started. If you are bringing the kids the less you bring the less you have to organise and pack up at the end. You are welcome to bring their iPad or a toy for them.
Do I need to book?
No need to book just show up the more the merrier in fact drag a friend along and help them get started too.
I am not very fit can I do this group training?
YES. My training has been built for all levels of fitness as I offer different options of intensity or impact for each exercise. I welcome couch potato beginners, new Mum’s, and even self-proclaimed fitness freaks to join me. If you are 60+ we even have launched our 60+Squad for gentle joints.
I’ve had a baby can I do this group training?
If your Doctor has given you the all-clear at your 6-week check-up and you feel ready within yourself to start, yes you are very welcome to join us. You can take it easy by selecting the low-impact options while we help you get your body strong again.
Is this training right for me?
If you want to gain more energy, lose weight, and get fitter and healthier then YES this is for you! I can help you tone up, feel confident and rebuild your self-esteem.
What ages of children can you bring?
Once you have your doctors 6 week clearance after having your baby you can get right into it. So bubs ages start at 6 weeks and go to 4 before they head off to school. That said any ages are welcome, even on school holidays school kids join us. If you have a baby they just sit in their pram next to you while you workout. This way you keep an eye on your little bub while you get your workout done and the best part, no Mother Guilt!
Do I have to have a bub to come to the day classes?
No! You only need to be a woman. You do not need to have a child to attend my morning classes it is just a case of it being child friendly for those that do. Lots of girls come who don’t have kids, you don’t need to be a Mum to join us. Also lots of Mum’s love to come kid-free. You can always leave the kids and get your 30-minute workout done in peace.
Can I bring the kids to the night classes?
Sorry, this is kid-free time ME time. We’ve saved the night classes for an opportunity to leave the kids at home and just have 30 minutes to yourself.
