Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (such as almonds, pecans, or walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate protein

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the oats, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the honey and coconut oil together until they are well combined.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and ground cinnamon.
  5. Pour the honey and coconut oil mixture over the oat mixture and stir until all of the oats are coated.
  6. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the oats are golden brown.
  7. Let the oats cool completely before breaking them into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Enjoy your healthy Christmas dessert!

Here is a shopping list for the healthy Christmas dessert recipe:

  • Rolled oats
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • Nuts (such as almonds, pecans, or walnuts)
  • Honey
  • Coconut oil
  • Vanilla extract
  • Ground cinnamon

You may also want to include items for serving the dessert, such as small plates or bowls, and utensils for breaking the oats into bite-sized pieces.

the recipe should make about 8-10 servings if you make them as small bite-sized clusters, or 4-6 servings if you make larger bars or squares. You can always adjust the recipe as needed to make more or less, depending on how many people you need to serve.
