Dark Chocolate Cranberry Christmas Bark

Here is a healthy and delicious Christmas-themed sweet treat recipe that you can try:

Dark Chocolate Cranberry Bark:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or pistachios)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is smooth and melted.
  3. Stir in the cranberries, nuts, coconut, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the chocolate bark harden for about 30 minutes.
  6. Once hardened, break the bark into pieces and serve.
