What you need:
1/2 cup ripe banana, mashed
3/4 cup egg whites
1/2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
1 1/2 cup oats

Pinch salt
1 cup shredded zucchini
What To Do:
Preheat the oven 175 degrees, spray the bread pan
Blend all ingredients (not zucchini until smooth)
Stir in shredded zucchini
Pour batter into the pan
Bake for 50 minutes or until ready
Let it cool before serving
