What kind of training will we be doing in the group training?
My classes will give you a 30 minute full body workout, broken down to target your legs, upper body and finishing with core. We start with a great warm up to get you in the mood, then I will introduce you to High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). We will finish off with a stretch session and it will be over before you know what happened.
What is HIIT?
HIIT is a really smart way to train where you will see results fast. We work hard and fast for short bursts. By working harder for a shorter time you are getting your heart rate up and keeping it up while increasing your body’s need for oxygen. This creates an oxygen debt causing your body to ask for more oxygen during your recovery. It’s this after burn period that can last for up to 48 hours where you get the amazing benefits. You will continue to burn calories for 48hrs after my class, now that’s value for money!
What results will I see?
You will see results within two weeks, if you can come three times a week your results will come even faster. My intense exercise will help burn more fat and calories than regular aerobic and steady-state workouts. You will feel your clothes getting looser and your arms, legs and belly becoming firmer.
How much is it, and what do I bring?
It is only $12 a class with every 5th session FREE. All you need is a mat and a water bottle.
Do I need to book?
No need to book just show up the more the merrier in fact drag a friend along and help them get started too.
I am not very fit can I do this group training?
YES. My training is for all levels of fitness, I welcome beginners, new Mum’s, even fitness freaks to join me. My 60 year old Mum is there each night, so bring your Mum along too.
I’ve had a C-Section can I do this group training?
If your Doctor has cleared you to start then YES. You can take it easy while I help you get your body back.
Is this training right for me?
If you want to gain more energy, lose weight, get fitter and healthier then YES this is for you!
With the Mums & Bubs classes, what ages of children can you bring?
Once you have your doctors 6 week clearance after having your baby you can get right into it. So bubs ages start at 6 weeks and go to 4 before they head off to school.
Do I have to have a bub to come to the day classes?
No! You only need to be a woman. You do not need to have a child to attend my morning classes it is just a case of it being child friendly for those that do.
Can I bring kids to the 7:30PM night classes?
Sorry this is kid free time for us, the minimum age is 14.
